What are your Singapore
PR chances?
ICA tells you what it looks at. It doesn't tell you what counts for how much. The PRISM Score, our proprietary PR profile assessment, fills that in with what 6,500+ reviewed profiles have taught us.

Your factor-by-factor breakdown
Pass type
Your pass type is one of the stronger signals in your profile.
Your current pass holds the profile back a little. There are routes to strengthen it, and we know them well.
Age
Your age band works in your favour.
Age is one factor nobody can change, so the others have to work harder. That's exactly what a good application plan does.
Length of stay
Your time in Singapore shows real commitment.
More time in Singapore keeps strengthening your case, and there are ways to show rootedness sooner.
Family ties
Family ties to Singapore are a genuine advantage.
No family ties yet simply means the rest of your story has to carry more. We can help it do that.
Family profile
Applying as a family unit strengthens the application.
Applying alone is common, and there are proven ways to present a single profile well.
Education
Your qualifications sit well against successful profiles.
Qualifications can be supplemented. Certifications and upskilling both move this factor.
Industry
You work in a sector Singapore is actively growing.
Your industry reads as neutral, so the application can lean on your specific role and contribution instead.
Income
Your income level supports a strong economic story.
Income growth over the next year would move this factor, which makes timing the application well matter.
Application history
A clean application history keeps every option open.
A previous application isn't a mark against you when the next one tells a better story. Appeals and reapplications are our specialty.
Community ties
Your ties to the community round out the profile nicely.
Community involvement is the easiest factor to build, and it genuinely counts.

but there is a route to it.
Rather than hand you a score that can't lead anywhere today, here's what actually opens the door:
- Upgrading your pass. Moving to an S Pass or Employment Pass makes you eligible to apply, and we can advise on the realistic path there.
- Family ties. Marriage to a Singapore Citizen or PR opens the family scheme route, which is assessed on different grounds.

The Methodology
What PRISM weighs
The PRISM Score is Singapore Top Immigration's proprietary PR assessment. ICA publishes the factors it considers for PR, but not how much each one counts. The weights here are ours, based on 6,500+ reviewed profiles and 50+ years of combined consultant experience.
- Pass type
The pass you hold today. Not all passes carry the same weight.
- Length of stay
How long you've been living in Singapore.
- Family ties
Whether a spouse or child is already a Citizen or PR.
- Education
Your highest qualification, wherever you earned it.
- Industry
The sector you work in. Some matter more to ICA than others.
- Income
Your monthly household income band.
- Age
Your age when you apply.
The fine print
The PRISM Score is an indicative self-assessment based on Singapore Top Immigration's experience reviewing 6,500+ profiles. It is not legal advice, not an application, and not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome. All PR applications are assessed holistically and at the sole discretion of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). ICA publishes the factors it considers but not how they are scored or weighted; the weights used here are Singapore Top Immigration's own. Singapore Top Immigration is a private consultancy and is not affiliated with ICA or any Singapore government agency.
